ShrinkTunnel Range

Machinery Automation’s SM range of Standard Heat Tunnels offer the following features:

• Adjustable speed of conveyor belt (electronic speed controller).
• Double insulated enclosure.
• Insulated curtain able to resist high temperature in order to reduce energy wastage.
• Stainless steel heater to heat up quickly, and equipped with powerful fan motor to keep consistent and even air flow.
• Conveying speed or tunnel's temperature adjustable according to the size of products and output.
• Convey chain is made of solid rod covered by silica gel tube - suitable for heavy products.
• Compatible with most shrink film including PVC/PP/POF.

The SM range are used predominantly with our L Sealers, Auto L sealers and Side Sealers.

For most applications the low cost SM-4525 is ideal.  For larger products the SM6040 may be required – check that the Pack Dimension to ensure that the appropriate unit is selected.

The larger SM6040 and SM 8040 machines are ideal for our Sleeve Wrappers. These machines offer the following additional features:

• Twin Air Circulation fans
• Adjustable mesh panels inside the tunnel to allow adjustment of air flow
• Cooling fan ( products cooled and formed in a short time)
• Baffle is fixed both on the entrance and exit of the tunnel, prevent the heat inside the tunnel escaping
